NDA offers comprehensive health insurance plans with HMO, PPO, and EPO options, providing flexibility to meet diverse needs. Some plans are fully covered by NDA, meaning the entire premium is paid by the school—resulting in no out-of-pocket cost to the employee.

In addition, NDA provides a 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% employer match for the first 5% of an employee's contribution with the option for you to make additional contributions to grow your savings.
