HSPT ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 23, 2021
NDA requires applicants to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) along with a written exam. In an effort to reduce the stress of virtual testing conditions, this year we will postpone the written portion until academic orientation in April. The test is offered at NDA on Saturday, January 23, 2021, but you're not required to take it here. We accept scores from other schools and will forward scores upon request, so plan to take the HSPT just once. There is no fee to take the test.
Request an official transcript of your 6th, 7th and 8th grade records from your current school. (See Transcript Release Form below.) In addition, ask your current math and English teachers, as well as your principal or counselor, for recommendations. One additional character reference is optional. We need to receive your first-semester or trimester transcripts and recommendations by January 22, 2021.
Look out for your acceptance the first week of March and plan to join us for Girls' Night In on Friday, March 12, 2021.
